AFCAT  01/2021, Recruitment 2020 (Last Date Extended)

 

Recently released AFCAT notification last date extended for 11-01-2021.

Post Name – Flying Branch

Qualification

a. The Candidate should have passed minimum of 50% marks in maths and physics at 12th standard.

b. The candidate must be graduate with minimum 3 years degree course in any discipline from recognized university with minimum 60% marks

OR

BE/B Tech degree with minimum 60% marks

Age for Flying branch

The candidate must be 20 to 24 years on 01 january 2022 i.e. born between 02-jan-1998 to 01-jan-2002.

The upper age limit is 26 years only for those candidates who holding valid and current commercial pilot license issued by DGCA (India).

The candidate should have minimum 50% marks in Physics and Mathematics at 12th standard.

The candidate must have 4 years Engineering degree graduation/Post-graduationin from recognized university.

Eligibility

a. Administration & Logistics

The candidate should have passed 12th and the candidate should have graduate degree of three years with minimum 60% marks in any discipline from recognized university.

b. Accounts Branch

The candidate should have passed 12th and the candidate should have graduate degree in any of following steam mentioning below of three years with minimum 60% marks in any discipline from recognized university:

B.com degree three years.

BBA with specialization in finance/ or Bachelor of Management studies with specialization in finance or Bachelor of Business studies with specialization in finance.

B.Sc with speciazation in finance

The candidate qualified CA / CMA / CS / CFA

Age fo Ground Duty (Technical & Non – Technical) Branch

The candidate should be 20 to 26 age group as on 01-jan-2022 i.e. born between 02 jan 1996 to 01 jan 2002.

 

How To Apply

The candidate are required to apply only for the following posts on the website https://careerindianairforce.cdac.inor https://afcat.cdac.in.

The Aadhar card is mandatory for each candidate for online registrations.

 

Examination Fee

The Candidate need to pay Fee for the examination, the examination fee is Rs. 250/- (non – refundable) for AFCAT entry (it is not applicable for NCC special entry) paid online through “Make Payment” step given on the main menu on the website.

The candidate receives confirmation email or sms after complete registration for online application.

 

Online Exam Scheme

The exam conduct on 20 feb 2021 (Saturdary) or 21 feb 2021 (Sunday).

 

Syllabus of the Examination

For AFCAT exams :

The exam consists of 100 questions of maximum 300 marks and the time given is 2 hours.

The exams contains questions from General Awareness, Verbal Ability in English, Numerical Ability and Reasoning and Military Aptitude test.

For EKT (For the candidates with one of the choices as Technical Branch):

The exam consists of 50 questions of maximum 150 marks and the time given is 45 minutes.

The exams contains questions from the Mechanical, computer science and Electrical & Electronics.
